Candidate preparing for a job interview in Dublin

What working with us looks like

Send us your CV and a few lines about what you want next. We read every CV ourselves. If we think we can help, we arrange a call or a meeting to understand what you are good at, what you enjoy, what you want to earn, and what you will not compromise on. If we do not think we are the right agency for you, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

When a suitable role comes up, we tell you what we actually know about it: the company, the manager, the culture, the salary range and any drawbacks. Your CV is never sent anywhere without your explicit agreement. Before any interview we brief you on the people you will meet and what they care about. Afterwards we get you feedback quickly, including when it is not good news.

The kinds of roles we place

We recruit across Dublin and the surrounding counties in office and administration, accounts and finance, sales and customer service, hospitality and catering, warehouse and logistics, and trades, engineering and renewables. Roles range from entry level to management. Our sister platform Find A Temp handles short-notice temporary work if that suits you better right now.

  • Office administrators, receptionists, PAs and coordinators
  • Accounts assistants, bookkeepers, payroll and credit control
  • Sales executives, account managers and customer service
  • Chefs, front of house, supervisors and hospitality managers
  • Warehouse operatives, forklift drivers and team leads
  • Electricians, solar PV installers, engineers and site staff

You choose the charity

When you start a new job through us, you nominate a registered Irish charity and we donate a percentage of our fee to it. Candidates so far have chosen the Irish Dogs Trust, the ISPCA, the Marie Keating Foundation, St Francis Hospice in Raheny and the Irish Red Cross. It is your placement, so it is your cause.

Your data and your rights

We are a licensed employment agency (EA4386) and we take GDPR seriously. We keep your details only for as long as we are actively working with you, we never sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to register with you?

No. Our service is completely free to candidates. Employers pay our fee; you never will.

Will you send my CV to companies without telling me?

Never. We only send your CV to an employer after we have described the role to you and you have agreed to be put forward.

I am relocating to Ireland. Can you help?

Yes, particularly for skilled trades and renewables roles where Irish employers are actively hiring from abroad. We can advise on what employers expect and how the process works.

Ready to make a move?

Send your CV and a line about what you are looking for. There is no cost to candidates, and your CV goes nowhere without your say-so.
